@Mash07, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your wireless mouse and keyboard are not pairing with your HP Pavilion All-in-One PC, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Power Check:
- Ensure that both the mouse and keyboard have fresh batteries installed. If they have rechargeable batteries, make sure they are fully charged.
Receiver Connection:
- Check if the USB receiver (dongle) is properly plugged into a USB port on your computer. Ensure it is firmly connected.
Check for Interference:
- Make sure there are no metallic objects or electronic devices near the receiver that could interfere with the wireless signal.
Restart Devices:
- Turn off the mouse and keyboard (if they have a power switch) and then turn them back on.
Use Different USB Ports:
- Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
Computer's Device Manager:
- Open Device Manager on your computer and ensure that the mouse and keyboard are recognized. You can access Device Manager by typing "Device Manager" into the Windows search bar and selecting it from the list.
Update Drivers:
- Check if there are any driver updates available for your mouse and keyboard. You can do this by visiting the HP website and searching for driver updates for your specific model.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
