Solved!

wireless printer keeps showing "not on line"

HP Recommended
photosmart 6520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 wireless printer was OK but  last few days shows offline when to print. troubleshoting corrects for the moment but message returns next day

I would be happy to help you with your HP Photosmart 6520. I understand that it shows printer offline.

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Set the default printer and unpause printing.
  • Reset the printer and check the connection status.
  • Make sure the correct port is selected.
  • Reinstall the printer using HP Printer Assistant.

Issue seems to be resolved.

I deleted printers then reinstalled the printer using HP Printer Assistant.
