I download the utility. but don't know what to do with it next.

 

The BIOS is: Hewlett-Packard 786E2 v02.09, 10-NOV-11.

SMBIOS: 2.4.

Hi:

 

You don't use the utility to flash the BIOS.

 

If you are currently running BIOS v2.09, then you already have the latest and final release, so there is no BIOS update you can run.
