Thanks for trying out the steps.
As you mentioned even after updating the audio drivers the issue still persists.
I would suggest you uninstall the previous version of audio drivers from your PC.
Go to device manager, expand audio inputs and outputs.
Select the audio driver right click and click uninstall. Select checkbox delete the driver software.
Restart your PC.
And install the latest audio drivers using this link.
Also, update BIOS using this link.
