750-437cb
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Ok so I bought a 750-437cb model today from Sam's club. It was actually the display model and I paid $450 for the entire bundle. Needless to say, I'm having issues setting things up.

I connected all cables, but get an error message indicating there is nothing connected to the monitor. I've reconnected all the cables several times and powered the thing on and off several times, to no avail. I connected the monitor to my laptop with the vga cable and it worked, so the issue is isolated to either the tower or the hdmi connections.

Customer support is done for the day apparently.

Main issue is i convinced the wife to buy the floor model due to the discount, and definitely need to get this thing working tonight if possible or I'll never hear the end of it haha

Was it working at the store?

Verify that the HDMI cables work.

Make sure that the display's input is set to HDMI via its menu.

If there is still no video output to the display, then I suggest you return it.
