Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
BIOS and UEFI are two different kinds of firmware -- and a chip is "burned" (programmed) with one or the other.
To do what you want, you would need the following:
1) BIOS/UEFI chip "burner" -- specialized piece of hardware
2) UEFI firmware code from HP in a form that the burner can use
I'm guessing you do NOT have the first.
And, HP does not provide the second; instead, they provide BIOS/UEFI updates in softpaq form -- which are self-extracting executables designed to be run in Windows.
So basically, that can not be done (as far as I know).
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
