Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help in resetting my administrator password. I don't remember the password and after installing Windows 10 I cannot up grade or install any programs, because the user account box comes on asking for the Admin. password.

HP Recommended

Google-search for "Nordahl offline password" software.

Download it, burn it to a CD-recordable, and boot your computer from it.

Follow the on-screen instructions to "blank" the current password.
