Hello, @aaryamane – Hope you are well!
Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.
I see that you are trying to connect your set top box to your Omni 27 AiO. There is an HDMI port on the right-hand side of the Omni 27. You can use that to connect your set top box to the all-in-one.
You can check here for reference: http://hp.care/2f2mmQx
If you have any troubles, let me know and I will do my best to help.
Cheers 🙂

Hello @aaryamane,
Thanks for the reply.
Why don't you try the steps mentioned here: http://hp.care/2fVOG4t
Scroll down to the option which says "TV Setup (Select models only)" and follow the steps to setup your All-in-One for tv.
Even though the steps are for a TouchSmart PC , it's similar in all the models. Also, you do not need to use remote while following the steps.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Cheers 🙂
