Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

What app are you trying to run that is causing the error?

 

Another instance is running", which typically means an application cannot run in duplicate.
 

Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

Run sfc scan: System File Checker is a utility in Microsoft Windows that allows users to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files.
1. Press Windows + X from the desktop.
2. Then click on Command Prompt (Admin).
3. Then type in sfc /scannow and press Enter.
