At 12:30am, Feb 3 2017. My PC issued a BlueSOD and wrote that there was a driver issue. Something was corrputed or missing.
Example line shown: windows/system32/drivers/bxvbda.sys
I cant boot the computer with a disk or usb since the manufactorer box never came with one. I can't even load the system in Safe Mode. Instant BSOD if attempted.
Ive been browsing the HP Support Site now for 30mins and cant find any solution without the help of an HP Assistant.
Please help.

Use the following link to download Windows10 USB installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Use it to access system recovery.
That should enable you to rollback your system to a date prior to when the issue happened that caused the BSOD.
Recovery options. There is great information on the following Microsoft web page.
