HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently upgraded to the latest version of windows 10, I noticed that my Beats audio is now missing. How can I restore it?

Hi,

Please try to download and install the following software

Regards.

Hi:

If you have a desktop PC, see if this IDT driver restores the Beats audio.  Install and restart the PC.

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

File name: sp71717.exe

Yes installing the sp71717.exe program re-created the Beats audio program. It messed up my microphone connections, it took some manipulation to re-activate the front mike jack on my Envy PC. The rear jack has never worked even with HP tech support.

Hi, Len:

Glad that driver restored the Beats audio.
