Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all I have a NEW 1 week old HP OmniDesk Desktop M02-0127c PC (BP5E2AA) I want to use both on board display port and HDMI. I have 2- Dell P2210 monitors. They have DVI, Display Port, VGA. Using HP Display port to DVI SL adapter. When I turn on the computer I get post on the screen. It shows HP logo. When windows loads it goes black unless I unplug the display port adapter and plug it back in. I even tried to use Display port to display port cable and its the same thing. It says in the specification of the computer says that I can use both at the same time. Right now I am not using both. Just one and cant get either to work. I even got a Display port to HDMI cable and that did not even work.

I did Bios update
I updated the display drivers
I used and display port to HDMI cable
I used HP DisplayPort to DVI SL Adapter
Coming out of the monitor is DVI to HP DisplayPort to DVI SL Adapter to the computer on board display port
