Hello, Support HP
I need your help: 1.- My PC reboot with the black screen,
2.- I did the recovery of my PC with USB, this did not work.
3.- I now have a message of F9 to do the diasnostico: error code BIOHD-3.
4.- I have another memsage: File: \ Boot \ BCD Error code: 0xc000000
And I do not know what to do, please can you help me, please. Thank you, I await your response.

@ferasan, welcome to the forum.

 

The error message is telling you that your hard drive has failed.  Here is a guide to help you with the diagnostics.  Read the section titled "Testing the hard drive".  It will tell you how to test the drive from the BIOS.  Your only option is to replace the drive with one the same size or larger so the Recovery media will work properly.

Thank you for the additional information, @ferasan.

 

You should begin tapping the F10 key as soon as the computer starts to boot.  This will take you to the BIOS.  From there you can look for the SMART test.
