Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I was dusting my computer, and when I put it back together the screen was black.

I tried to reconnect everything many times, but it still did it. So I disconnected the hard drives and the memory, and the computer was still running! All the fans work and the graphics card, but It is not booting, it's just getting power. I know for a fact that the monitor and all the parts work fine, but I am thinking it is the Processor that's causing the problem but I'm not sure.

Could some please help!

I would greatly appreciate it.
