Blank screen but white blinking light indicates it's on

Hi!  Turned it on and nothing - only a blank screen and the sounds of it being on, along with the flashing white light on the caps key. Help please!

I understand that you are not getting display on your computer and the capslock key is blinking, is that right?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Did you make any hardware changes on your computer?

Is the capslock key blinking in a particular sequence?

Recommend you perform a power reset on the computer. Click here for assistance. 

Once power reset is done, connect the power adapter to the computer. 

While holding down Win + B  keys on the keyboard, turn the computer ON. 

If the issue was caused due to a BIOS corruption, this would resolve the issue you are facing. Click here.
