Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got Pavillion 22 been okay for past 4 months (it's 2 years old) but keep getting attached error message. have to turn-off power for 10mins then it works for a bit then happens again - right pain!  makes clicking noise all time too. Had replacement hard-drive last year.  Anyonegot any ideas what causing? Need PC as daughter doing her GCSEs at minute and unreliable PC ain't helping!!

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you keep getting blue screen error asking you to reinstall the operating system on your computer, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

 

Recommend you shut down the computer. 

Wait for a minute. 

Turn the computer On, keep tapping F2 repeatedly to enter system diagnostics. Click here

Please run an extensive test on your computer. 

If any of the tests fails, please replace the failed component or contact our phone support for the service options available. 

If all the tests pass. Please restart your computer and run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated. Click here.

Also, make sure all the Windows updates are installed. 

I do not see a screenshot attached, however for other troubleshooting steps, please refer to this HP Article for assistance.
