Im not seeing it there.
Normally Im pretty good at finding help info on the internet and following instructions, but this computer is being difficult. I really do appreciate your effort to try to help me. Thank-you!
With the state my computer is in, is there a way to wipe it clean and do a fresh install of Windows? If so, would I be able to use any version of Windows (7, 8 or 10)? Ive only had this computer for three months and there isnt much on it.
