Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just learning this 3 day old computer.  HP Envy..  signed in and tried to pull up  a website.  Got a window that I can't get rid of saying 'This Site Says YOur Computer Has been blocked"  Says it is error 268D3, someone is stealing all my passwords and credit card info and if I don't call this 888-599-4430 in 5 minutes, my computer will be disabled.  You can click OK but it stil will not go away.  HELP!

Only 3 days and you catch a nasty situation. Please download the following tool and run offline

 

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/safety/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx

 

If still having problem, reset your machine back to good point or back to factory settings

And please take time to fix it.
