1. some PC have recovery drive but after I used it product key in PC (I check from script ) mismatch sticker. Why ? and Is it valid license ?

2. if I re-install OS and fill product key beside case. Is it valid license ?

3. It have a Microsoft office starter in recovery image. Is it valid license ?

Actually, I worry about valid license so much. I hope someone comfirm me about this issue.

As long as you used the original recovery manager that was on the hard disk you should not have a problem activating the OS license.

Use the activate by telephone method.

bad luck, I'm already format recovery drive. Can I re-install OS form other source then active via product key sticker ?

Yes.

You can download an ISO image from Microsoft and create an installation flash drive.  see the following link.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

Once you have installed Windows 7, you should be able to use the telephone activation method to activate the license of the operating system.

I got this error

"The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options."

What should I do ?

Hi, @GumVillain :

This site claims to have genuine, unadulterated W7 ISO files for download.

https://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/67-microsoft-windows-iso-download-tool

Click on the link labeled Windows ISO Downloader.exe

You can use either the:

Win 7 Home Premium/Pro (as applicable) SP1 or the (Retail version, but the OEM key on your PC's case will work with it)

Win 7 Home Premium/Pro (as applicable) SP1 COEM (This version would be for what HP would have used--System Builder)

N is for European Union (EU) countries.

K is for South Korean markets.

You can use this tool to transfer the ISO file to a 4 GB USB flash drive or DVD.
