HERE IS A MANUAL for that model.  It is not complete but the pictures indicate there might be room for an internal power supply.

Take the cover off and measure the typical power supply bay to see if it a standard size.  From the pictures, it appears to be normal.

Looking at the motherboard, from the SUPPORT PAGE, that model does not have a PCIxpress slot.  So no joy or a graphics card upgrade.

I have heard of those.  If you purchase one and it does what you expect, please report back on what you bought and how well it preforms.  I cannot imagine it would be what you really expect, but I am here to learn, too.

I got the item and just need to know how to check if its actually speeding up the computer or not?

If you are asking about the External graphics card adapter, then actually speeding up the computer would be for graphics intensive applications or gaming.  Then you would be able to tell if any gain has been made.  What graphics card is installed in the external adapter?
