I would like to ask what are the specific brands and models of graphics card are compatible with my HP ProDesk 400 G2 SFF PC

Hi:

 

I have attached the HP quickspecs for the 400 G2 below.

 

The list of supported graphics cards can be found on pages 12 & 13.

 

In addition to those cards, the Nvidia GT 730 low profile and Nvidia GT 1030 low profile graphics cards would also work fine.

You want specifics?  All right.  If you want better gaming performance, according to UserBenchMark [dot] com, in addition to @Paul_Tikkanen's GPU options, various  HP ProDesk 400 G2 SFF Users also picked the low profile/low powered GTX 1650 GPU (example: HP ProDesk 400 G2 SFF Performance Results - UserBenchmark), such as the MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GT LP 4GB GDDR5 as seen here, for example: MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GT LP 4GB GDDR5 HDMI/DL-DVI-D PCI-Express Video Card : Electronics (ama... or: Amazon.com: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 OC Low Profile 4G NVIDIA 4 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card : Electronic....
