Critical Professional Workstation Issue – Request BIOS Recovery File for Serial <removed>

I am experiencing severe performance regression on my HP 285 G3 MT Business PC after BIOS was updated to version F.65 Rev.A.

This workstation is used **exclusively for professional video production**:
- Wondershare Filmora
- DaVinci Resolve Studio
- Topaz Video AI / Runway ML / Stable Diffusion (AI video & image tools)
- Photoshop + Lightroom batch processing
- OBS Studio + heavy Chrome multitasking (50–80 tabs)

Before F.65 update:
- Boot time ~8–10 seconds
- Perfectly stable under heavy load
- No freezes, no stuttering in timeline scrubbing or AI rendering

After F.65 update:
- Boot time increased to 25–35 seconds
- Random system freezes (10–60 seconds) during normal work
- Vega 8 graphics micro-stuttering and frame drops in DaVinci/Filmora
- Occasional complete unresponsiveness even with light tasks
Troubleshooting already performed (all passed):
- HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI → 100% pass
- MemTest86 → zero errors
- CrystalDiskInfo → SSD 100%, HDD 100% 

- HDD temperatures never exceed 35–40 °C (usually 30–32 °C)
- Multiple clean Windows installs
- Latest AMD chipset & Adrenalin drivers
- All background services minimized

The **only change** that correlates 100% with the degradation is the BIOS update to F.65.

This is **not a gaming or entertainment machine** – it is my primary income-generating workstation. The current instability is affecting paid client deadlines (video delivery, AI rendering, etc.).

I fully understand HP’s security rollback policy, but this is a documented performance regression affecting professional productivity.

I kindly request that HP provides a **signed BIOS recovery file** (even an intermediate version such as F.30, F.28, or the original factory 01.12/A0.46) specifically authorized for my serial number so I can restore stable operation via official recovery methods (Win+B, HP BIOS Update and Recovery, or Diagnostics).

I am ready to follow any secure procedure you provide.
