Product: HP RP5 Model 5810
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey everyone,

 

Recently, we got a pair of HP RP 5 computers with Windows 10 Pro installed, but the biometric fingerprint scanner driver isn't compatible with it. When the computers were ordered, there was guarantee of it downgrading to Win 7 but it seems like it must be done the hard way.

 

I've been researching on how to downgrade the current Windows 10 product key to Windows 7 just so the process is simple, at no cost and seamless, but have found no luck so far. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
