Hello, I own an HP Envy desktop prebuilt system (h8-1534), and each time at startup now Event Manager displays the following message: The driver \Driver\UBHelper failed to load for the device SCSI\CdRom&Ven_hp&Prod_DVD-RAM_GH82N\4&1535927f&0&000200. According to Device Manager, the driver is for the hp DVD-RAM GH82N SCSI CdRom Device.
Naturally, as the driver is failing to load, my first instinct was to find an upgrade to it. I'm unable to roll back to a previous driver, as this is the only driver that has ever been used. Unfortunately I am unable to cite the exact driver version that I have, as this system has been upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Home and then 10 Pro, so the driver version now matches the OS version as displayed in Device Manager. I do know that the release date for my current driver should be accurate, which is listed as 6/26/2006.
I have not flashed the BIOS in this machine to upgrade firmware, so that may be needed, but I am uncertain whether or not it is related, as the only hardware change that has occurred has been an upgrade to the graphics card, as the old one failed.
I have searched online for this driver (see above) and was hoping to obtain an update (should one exist) directly from the source - HP. I found several sites that advertised having a similar driver, but I tend to only trust the actual manufacturer.
Someone please help, is there an update to the driver I current have and if so how can I obtain it? If more information is needed, please advise.

You can not upgrade the BIOS, as it is linked to WIN 8.
1) Turn off computer. Unplug power cord, open the case, and unplug the DVD drive.
2) Reconnect power cord, then Reboot, and delete the DVD drive from Device Manager.
3) Repeat step 1, but plug in the DVD drive.
4) Repeat step 2, but let the system "find' new hardware and it will install.
