Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This problem started two weeks ago, incidentally when I started getting alerts that my hard drive is too full.  Since freeing up 115 GB of space on my hard drive, the problem has continued.

 

Whenever I attempt to open either of two programs—one of them a stream-broadcasting application, the other a capture card software—my computer will crash, give me a blue screen of death, and proceed to dump my memory to my internal backup drive.

 

Though the screen had listed the Fresco Logic (USB3) Driver I have, "FLxHCIc.sys", neither repairing (through installation wizard), redownloading, nor uninstalling the driver has not solved the problem, and the BSoD merely lists a totally different server instead after uninstalling the first driver.

 

Below are the contents and data of the BSoD while I had FLxHCIc.sys installed:

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting blue screen errors when running certain programs.

 

Don’t worry, we will work together to resolve this issue and It’s a pleasure to assist you in this regard.

 

I recommend you to follow below steps and check if it helps.

 

  • Click on start
  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow

 

If the issue persists, I recommend you to uninstall the driver for Fresco Logic and restart the computer and check if that resolves the problem.
