Hello, I wand change disk space with 3d party software. So I delete EFI partition and resize C and D disks. (I didn't know that this partition need to boot PC).

Now when I start my HP Pavilion 23-b010ez have a black screen and no any reaction on usb flash or keyboard.

How I can recreate EFI partition?

Thanks

Hi,

It looks like you deleted the OS and probably even the recovery partition. You can restore the EFI boot partition but when you resized the C: and 😧 partition you basically deleted/damaged the content on it. I'm afraid that you need the recovery disks to restore the original system.

No, windows is ok. Software do all resize and merge disks without reboot. And I use windows after it. Problem was after reboot.

you can shrink the C drive

the risk is that you can lose data

I wouldn't trust any third party software except the Windows Partitioning Utility that lets you shrink the hdd.

How to create the missing EFI System partition

Thanks, I will try it when I can connect hdd to another PC. I have home only another notebook Hp probook. So I can't connect 3.5HDD to notebook - to recovery it.

I try start PC with USB, with DVD (Windows 10 install build) - but I have black screen and nothing.

To dvd windows 10 64bit was burned with "Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool"

To usb - with "Rufus 2.4" - and created like "GPT partition schme for UEFI"

Usb led don't work, so I think usb don't work too .

DVD is working - but not load anything - I have black screen only .

Any soft or method how start windows pre-install to open command line and start PC ?

I don't shure that my model dont have bios. I have -

HP Pavilion 23-b010ez

there are bios update in "software and driver support" http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-23-All-in-One-Desktop-PC-series/5295897/...

Is my motherboard IPISB-AB Leeds-G have bios?

I think yes because I have battery and Bios jumpers.

May be I need do somethine with jumpers?

I bought eSata and connect HDD to another PC.

So it is my mistake there was UEFI in list. So I delete another 200-300Mb partition. May be it was NTFS with label Boot - by recovery program. So I don't have 2 uefi, but what I delete then?

May be somebody have information about it?
