Elite Keyboard V2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got the Elite Keyboard V2. Changed the Batteries Several Times.

I press the Blue Power button on the back and a Yellow Indicator Light comes On but only for a few seconds and then shuts off.

It's showing up in my Device Manager but it is not Working.
Someone please help

A very warm welcome to the HP community. A very good day to you.

I understand that you have a new HP Wireless Elite v2 Keyboard and it does not work. You have changed the batteries several times and the issue persists. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.

I suggest you to refer to the steps mentioned under "Set up your wireless keyboard and mouse" and "Wireless mouse or keyboard does not work" from this link. These steps usually help in fixing wireless keyboard related issues.

I hope this information helps. Let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
