Hello,

 

I found this post through Google. I have an Elitedesk 800 G1 (Haswell generation) and would like to install a M.2 Samsung 950 Pro as well as a NVidia GTX 1050.

 

I have the mini-tower verison of the Elitedesk 800 G1. Here is the support manual of the computer - http://h20628.www2.hp.com/km-ext/kmcsdirect/emr_na-c04331008-1.pdf

 

On pg. 69 there's a diagram of the available ports on the motherboard.

 

I was wondering if I can put the GTX 1050 in No.11 slot, with the Samsung 950 Pro in No. 8 slot. Has anyone tried this? I worry that the Samsung drive will only work in the No. 8 slot.
