Hi,

I've a EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF Energy Star with 2 ZR2330W in dualscreen setup.
I've connected the screens with a standard hp DisplayPort cable.

The problem i have is when the computer boots/wakes up it doesn't recognize one or both screens.

The stay black and wil only turn on by cycling the power on the screens at the same time.

If i cycle the power on the screens one by one; the other screen wil go black.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Kind regards.

I work for a big company that has couple hundred of EliteDesk 800 G1 & G2 with ZR2330 monitor and we have same issue. Monitor doesn't come to life - black picture altho blue power led is on. Power cycle always solves the problem. Problem occurs when we use Displayport, VGA is ok.

Doesn't matter which firmware the computer uses (latest or factory shipped (usually older). We use Windows 7 Enterprise. Would be great if HP would address this issue.
