Product: HP ProDesk 490 G3 MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, I want to enter BIOS menu, but when I restart or turn on and press f10 key, I hear loud beep and the screen stays black for long time, and I have to turn off the PC so I can enter windows.  The computer came with windows 7. I can't boot from CD or USB so I wanted to change settings.

Hi:

 

To enter the BIOS, you have to first tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get a menu of options.

 

One of them will be the F10 setup menu option.
