Please re-install Windows 10: Download and create Windows 10 ISO OR Boot-able media from the below link.

 

                  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

1. Reboot machine using  above media

2. Install Windows 10 and REMEMBER to keep all users files/data & programs..
