Hi, recently i has downgrade w8 to w7 on my hp pavilion 17-e016ss , but i have this drivers with the yellow mark:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_1972103C&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_1972103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&CC_0C0330
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&CC_0C03

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_1972103C&REV_07
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_1972103C
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&CC_020000
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&CC_0200

I tried all the official drivers from Realtek web, but always get the same error por Ethernet driver: " The realtek network controller was not found. If deep sleep mode is enabled please plug the cable"

Dont know whats that means, so please help me with this anoying problem, thanks and regards!

Hi:

Sometimes not having the chipset driver installed produces that deep sleep error.

Install the chipset driver first and reboot.

This USB 3.0 controller driver should work.

This would be the ethernet driver you need after you install the chipset or you can use the one directly from Realtek (the PCIe 10/100 drivers).
