Product: HP PAVILLION 550-114a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having some issues with my desk top computer and I was woundering if my model comes with a FACTORY RESORE POINT to put it back to when i first turned it on when I brought it.

I have saved and deleted all files and pictures and other staff and then I have uninstalled all programs I have installed sinse I brought it.

Now I am unable to find factory restore point and I hope it has one.

 

Can any tell if it comes with ( FRP) and how to do it.
