From the last time, we have been here:
I had a shutdown approx 10 days before, and it appeared a "overhea..t" message.
After that moment, the laptop is not working properly at all. It has blocks, shutdowns, crashes, bluescreen errors.
After 1, 2 days it appeared a WHEA NONCORRECTABLE ERROR from the Windows.
I got a ticket with Microsoft support, and they cleaned all the temp files, registry errors, even a re-installing Windows 10..but the error stayed still there..:(
I got today a physical check at the service, and they told me that the graphical card was burned/deffected.
The guy there disabled that card and let the card of the processor only to work..as long as the 17-3077NR has two cards..but is not solved yet..
Finally, I think I have to add the graphical card+the motherboard to the fan cooler (that is already in my basket, at HP store).
Can you please tell me, what is its code, in order to shop it?
I appreciate,
Thank you.

@gentianbregu, thanks for your response and time.
I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
It certainly looks to be an issue with system board and heatsink. Please replace system board and heat sink.
Please find the part number for system board recommended below.
665933-001 SYSTEM BOARD HM67 HD6770M/1G 2D -DSC
Hope this helps!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Thank you for the qucik reply, I appreciate it.
Do you mean I have to buy them both?
665908-001
Fan/heat sink assembly,
and
665933-001
System board?
I think I can use the option "send back the deffected item", why not?
Could you please advice?
Best regards and thank you,

@gentianbregu, Thanks for your response and time.
Kudos to you for the quick response.
The graphics card is a part of the motherboard, and HP does not have the option of sending back the defective part.
You can check with your local computer store for the replacements.
Heatsink and system board are the parts you need to order.
Hope this answers your query! 🙂

@gentianbregu, Thanks for your quick response.
I'm afraid there are no exchange options available at HP.
Yes, you can order the two parts which I have recommended in my previous thread.
Have a great day ahead! 🙂

You're welcome and thank you for your reply. 🙂
I'm replying to you on behalf of MrRobot as He is out of the office today. The parts purchased from the HP Parts Store are usually new parts.
Hope this answers your question. All the best! 🙂
