You're very welcome
If you have the dc7800 sff, you should have a long, black PCIe x16 video card slot.
See the link below, page 3.
You install the card in the slot labeled J41 in the diagram.
The HD 6450 will definitely fit in the slot labeled J41, because others have used the same card in their dc7800's on my recommendation and they are all very happy with it.

I have the dc7800 CMT, and installed the Radeon HD 6570 PCIe x16 2.1 card in mine and it works just fine.
I don't recommend that card for the weaker P/S in yours.
MIne has the 365W P/S.

Hi:
A good low power video card for your machine would be the Radeon HD 6450.
It is the optional card offered on the HP Elite 8200 SFF with the same 240W P/S.
Make sure you get one that also includes the low profile mounting bracket.
The silent ones are nice, but you may want one with a fan in the closed spaces of the SFF case, to get the heat out.
I prefer the fanless models but I don't do any gaming, just stream videos.
No matter what card you get, any card with an HDMI out port will disable the onboard audio in your PC, so after you install it and load the drivers, you will need to reboot the PC, go into the BIOS > Advanced > device configuration menu and change the onboard audio setting from diabled to enabled. Save the setting there and again when you exit.
The onboard audio setting is not present currently, unless you have added an audio card, so you have to install the video card first.
Also make sure you go into the device manager and uninstall your current video card/driver first, shut down the PC and then install the new card.

Thank you so much for the suggestion, Paul. The only thing stopping me from purchasing the Radeon HD 6450 is the pci slot, which is:
PCI Express 2.1 x16" while my two pci slots are labeled "X1 PCI ExP and X1 PCI ExP 2"
Will the 6450 fit into my compoter slots?
Thanks again.
