hi all,
got the above switch but im trying to download the bootware for it to upgarde the firmware, can anyone help me out please

thanks Paul, i have already done that, i say the more forums the merrier
i get here -
H3C S7500E Series Switches - Technical Support - H3C
i click on the first link and then it complains i havnt got permission or i need to register for a higher level ID
but i have registered so im stuck
im a common user so i think to download the software i need to be one up but i have no idea how to do that

Since I don't work for or represent HP, unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.
I suggest you contact HPE for the country you live in and see if they can be of help.
This forum and the part of HP that supports it, is only for printers, desktop and notebook PC's.
HP Enterprise covers, servers, switches, routers, tape drives, etc.
Change the country location at the top right of the webpage...
