Hi,,

Try a monitor reset. Unplug the monitor’s power cord and hold down the monitor’s power button for 30-60 seconds. Plug the monitor back in and power it up. If that doesn’t work then go into the monitor’s menu and do a factory reset.

I cannot find the Monitor menu to do a reset (I want to do a monitor reset as those other things did not work). I've tried searching for Monitor and just get the thingie to adjust screen resolution on the monitor or stop it from flickering). Where is the Monitor Menu???? This monitor power button lock as been lit for days now and I cannot turn it off! When I press it, a pop up comes on the screen that says Power Button Lockout. I have tried the other solutions including unplugging the Monitor power cord and holding button for 2 minutes, plugging it back in, then restarting computer. The only time the light goes off on the Monitor power button is when I unplug the Monitor power plug. Please let me know how to locate the monitor menu so I can do a factory reset of the monitor. I am pretty computer savvy but cannot locate it! Tnx 🙂
