HP 2310ti Monitor Touchscreen Driver Problem for Windows 10

I have installed Windows 10 on my computer and have all of the latest drivers for all of my products.

On the monitor however, even though it is a touchscreen model, it doesn not show up in Windows' "Pen and Touch Devices", AND there is not option to turn on the touchscreen in the HID driver section of the Device Manager.

Is this monitor touchscreen compatible with Windows 10?

Which driver could I be missing?

I have the HP 2310ti 23 Inch Widescreen

Any and all help is greatly appreciated and I will be glad to add any additional information that is needed.

Also I wanted to add that HP Support Assistant also doesn't recognize the monitor when I try to run it.

It recognizes my HP computer but not the monitor.
