HP 27 Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently in the last few days this HP 27wm monitor (bought it about 3 weeks ago) has developed a a series of dotted lines in various pastel hues, I have searched the web and various other forums to find similar symptoms and solutions and found none. I tied a factory reset, no help,  I even tried to reinstall the drivers again no help. I could of tried a different input source but the issues persists even with no input. Unplugging it was no help either not sure what else I can do? So far roughly 9 new lines have appeared in the last 2 days, each a different color, from left to right

(to the best I can describe them, a pinkish purple, a dark purple, (a break), a reddish line, 2-3 black or dark colored lines, a green line, a yellow line, a green line, (a break) and a goldenrod line.) and the lines multiply daily again please help IMG_0559 (2).JPG
