Have printer connected to my WiFi router..

Has IP address, subnet mask, default gateway.  Problem is with HP apps. When they search for printer on router, can't find printer.  192.168.1.2.  255.255.255.0.  192.168.1.1

Tried: HP All in one, HP eprint, HP Print Service Plugin,

Problem is these apps can't find printer on my router.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Photosmart 6515 printer. I understand that you are unable to print from your android device and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Refresh list of printers in AiO Remote app.
  • Check network and printer status.
  • Set up your printer with AiO Remote app again.
  • Manually connect your printer to the network.
  • Disconnect any USB or Ethernet cables from the printer.
  • On the printer control panel, select the SetupNetwork, or Wireless menu.
  • Select Wireless Setup Wizard, then follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network.

Click here to refer the document and perform troubleshooting steps mentioned above to fix this issue.

If the issue is resolved and you appreciate my help,

Please click the "Accept as Solution" button and the "Thumbs Up".

Let me know how you make out.

Cheers.
