I have a very confusing issue with a 6300 sff.

I would like to boot from a 32bit Windows 7 DVD but I get on each bootsquence the following massage:

“No physical memory is available at the location required for the Windows Boot Manager. The system can not continue .”

I tried the following actions:

-          HDD is blank and as NTFS formatted

-          new memory in all slots tested

-          no optional cards in any slot (PCI and PCIe)

-          BIOS set to default

-          security boot in BIOS disabled

With a HDD where Windows 7 64bit is pre installed, works the system fine.

I hope you can give me some new action´s to solve the problem.

Greetings,

Patrick

Hi:

There should also be a Legacy Mode option in the BIOS and if you want to boot from a DVD that setting has to be enabled as well as secure boot being disabled.

You're very welcome.

Everything in your screen shot looks fine to me so unfortunately, there must be something there that we both don't know about.

I have never seen either of those error messages before.

Hey,

so it seems like,  there is a hardware issue.

Maybe someone else have another proposal to solve the issue?!

Greetings,

Patrick
