Product: HP ProBook 450 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
A laptop from a friend of mine is not booting any more.
Although he said that he was not playing around with encryption settings, the drive seems to be encrypted.
The strange this is, that i can't type in his password or select a recovery key:
Does anybody have an advice, about how i can save his data? I do have his password, but i don't even get an prompt for typing it in.
Thanks.
