So I was setting up a virtual machine using VirtualBox, but when I tried to start it I got an error message. Apperantly I will have to boot into BIOS and enable something, but I can't figure out how!
I've tried all F-keys and DEL-key but nothing seems to work. Do anyone know how? Please help.

Press the power button and then immediately begin tapping the Esc key.
That should invoke the Startup menu, where a number of options are available, including the F10 key for invoking the BIOS.

Now that is peculiar.
Have you tried connecting the mouse and keyboard to the usb 2.1 ports? They would be the ports that do not have the blue insulator nor the SS USB emblem next to them.
USB support is at the hardware level.
Did you happen to make some changes in the BIOS prior to this happening?
What you can do is clear CMOS and that should return the USB useage.
I will have to ask HP about this.
Normally there is a section in the motherboard sections with an image that shows the jumper settings to clear the CMOS. That section does not appear to be present in the support for your motherboard.
I will also ask to see if an HP Expert has the same model as a product loan and can take a look and find the header on the motherboard.
Please be patient.

Yes, I have tried every single USB port I could find. The keyboard and mouse turns on when windows boots, but not when the HP logo displays (at startup). They do work, but not at startup.
Thank you for your responding :).

OK.
I have asked for some support on this through our internal contacts.
Please be patient as it is only about 7AM PST currently on the west coast of the USA.
