Hi good afternoon, I formated my HP Elite 7300 Series MT i download the driver here http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5099490&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4053 but it is not working all drivers. some driver missing please help me,

Do the same thing with that device...browse to the same driver folder...

That is definitely the driver you need.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the ID you posted...
[TI.ntx86]
%TI_Product_1%=TI_Product1_Install,PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_8241
Try manually installing the driver from the USB device in the device manager as follows...
Go to the device manager and click on the USB contoller needing drivers.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the driver file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp57873.
Make sure the include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then reboot.
