Dieses Gerät meldet sich als Tastatur am PC an, liest automatisch HF-RFID-Datenträger und "tippt" die UID ein.

This device registers itself as keyboard to the PC, automatically reads HF RFID tags and "types" the UID.

Wird der PC ohne Tischleser gebootet, so wird das hp-Logo nicht angezeigt und nach ca. 5 Sekunden erscheint das Windows Logo. Der gesamte Bootvorgang dauert in diesem Fall ca. 12 Sekunden.

Without RFID device the PC shows the Windows-Logo after app. 5 seconds and is fully booted after app. 12 seconds.

=> PC bootet nicht*

• Two keyboards connected to PC
=> PC boots and both keyboards are working
• Two keyboards + touchscreen connected to PC
=> PC boots and both keyboards are working, touchscreen works, too
• One keyboard + RFID device connected to PC
=> PC does not boot*
• One keyboard + RFID device via self-powered USB-Hub connected to PC
=> PC does not boot*
• Only RFID device connected to PC, no other devices connected to USB
=> PC does not boot*
• Only RFID device connected to PC via self-powered USB-Hub
=> PC does not boot*


* PC bootet nicht stimmt nicht ganz: Nach dem Einschalten dauert es ca. 80 Sekunden, bis das hp Logo angezeigt wird. Nach weiteren 110 Sekunden erscheint dann das Windows Symbol und Windows wird gestartet.

 

PC does not boot is not the full information: After power on it takes 80 seconds until the HP Logo (PC manufacturer) appears. After 110 seconds the Windows logo appears and Windows finally starts.

To sum this up: WITH the RFID device the PC boot very, very, very slowly.

 

 

Do you have any suggestions what to switch OFF in the BIOS to stop this blocking?
