Hello!
I have a HP elitedesk 800g1 accomodating stock 240w psu. I really don't want to waste money on new machine mostly because i don't have much at the moment and i really really like the simplicity and quality of this pc (integrated speakers are amazing).
So i wanted to ask if my power supply could handle the new 1050ti low profile GPU which uses 75W max or should i get a better psu. If so then which PSU would be compatible with my system and wouldn't be too expensive?
P.S. maybe i should consider buying a 2nd PSU for my graphics card?
Thank you 🙂

It looks like I'm seeing 300W minimum for that GPU so you're most likely going to have to replace the PSU as well as make sure that the card will fit dimensionally where it needs to be installed. The specs for the power supply need to be at least 300W SFX PSU (Small Form Factor PSU). You should double-check the dimensions available on the power supply as well to ensure it'll fit properly and that it has all the required pin connectors.
