Product: Prodesk 600 G1 Mini
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
ark.intel.com reported that Case Temperature
(the maximum temperature allowed at the processor Integrated Heat Spreader)
of 4th Generation Intel Core CPU T-series must not exceed 66 °C.
My CPU i5-4570T under heavy load reaches 75 … 80 °C.
Under 100% load (such as System Stability Test in AIDA64)
CPU reaches 85°C and starts throttling after a couple of minutes.
All parts of PC are clean. The room is cool.
I changed the thermal grease, but it did not help.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
