Hi,
MAC addresses are assigned to the network card by the manufacturer. Since HP uses OEM cards supplied by different manufacturers, I don't believe that such a list exists. Each MAC is unique.
HP appears to be using this list.
HP Envy 17", i7-8550u,16GB, 512GB NVMe, 4K screen, Windows 11 x64
Custom PC - Z690, i9-12900K, 32GB DDR5 5600, dual 512 GB NVMe, gen4 2 TB m.2 SSD, 4K screen, OC'd to 5 Ghz, NVIDIA 3080 10GB

Hi,
Perhaps this list is what you need.

Thanks again, but as I obviously didn't make clear, I already know it's a HP device based on the first three bytes. Ideally HP would have a list somewhere that would map the reaminder to a model or device range.

Hi,
Sorry but your request is totally unclear.
HP Envy 17", i7-8550u,16GB, 512GB NVMe, 4K screen, Windows 11 x64
Custom PC - Z690, i9-12900K, 32GB DDR5 5600, dual 512 GB NVMe, gen4 2 TB m.2 SSD, 4K screen, OC'd to 5 Ghz, NVIDIA 3080 10GB

Oh, sorry.
Let me explain.
The first 3 bytes of a MAC map to a well known list of manufactures. Within each block, builders tend to assign sub-ranges to particular models.
Some people even publish this list - similar to PCI device ids.
HP don't, so I've spent 3 days tracking down a HP switch the hard way.
