Truthfully I can't remember I was traveling exhausted and bit overwhelmed
Tried opening HP Notebook from sleep mode when I got in hotel and nothing would open/close or restart
So many error messages so I attempted to back up to disc would not allow, would give error indicating could not download and this is after I would be prompted tp back-up but could not. Finally I thought I was restoring to a date and fell asleep with notebook in bed with me and there was a screen not with an error message. Is there a method to restore files once computer goes back to Factory settings?
