I have been using HP PHOTO CREATIONS and have created several projects over the past couple of years.  I have not done anything for about a month.  When I went back in today, they have all disappeared.  What could have happened???

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are unable to use HP Photo creations. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

• Did you do any hardware or software changes recently?
• How is the printer connected to computer?
• Provide the printer model number.

Meanwhile:

Click here and download the HP Photo Creations again and see if that works.

Hi Maggie.

It sounds like HP Photo Creations is looking in the wrong place for your saved projects.

Saved projects are stored on your computer. Shared and ordered projects are stored online.

Here’s how to open your projects:

1. Start the desktop program and click the My Projects/Settings menu.
2. To open a saved project, select it in the On This Computer panel.
3. To open a shared project, select it in the Shared Projects panel.
4. To open a project you’ve ordered, select it in Recent Orders.

If you don't see your saved project in the On This Computer section, click the View All link and then click the Browse button to locate the project file on your computer.
